Pandanda One Month Elite Membership Giveaway

Here are the details for the Membership Giveaway:
1.) Each day in July 2010 we will be giving away a 1 month Elite Membership.
2.) Each day you log in during July automatically enters you in the drawing for that day.
3.) The daily winner will be randomly selected from everyone that logs in that day.
4.) We will announce the daily winner the following day on Henry's blog.
5.) The daily winner's Elite Memberships will start the day they are announced on Henry's blog.

Prizes:
- Thirty one Prizes will be awarded.
- The Prizes will be awarded by randomly choosing a Panda from all Pandas logged in during a given day.
- The winners will each receive:
- A Pandanda One Month Elite Membership activated on the winning Panda.

By entering the giveaway you agree to be bound by the following rules:
- This contest is governed by our website terms of use.
- The contest is open to all Pandanda users.
- Contestants and their Parents and/or Guardians agree that entries or modified forms of the entries and the winning Panda name may be posted on the Pandanda website (but there is no guarantee that they will be.) As per our website terms of use,
we will without limitation, have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere.
- There is no guarantee that you will win and odds of winning will be based on the number of total players logging in each day.
- We will attempt to notify winners by email and publicly on our website on Henry's Blog.
- Winner's Parents or Guardians will be responsible for paying any appropriate state and local taxes that may apply.
- Contestants may only win one prize per contest per household.
- Prizes cannot be substituted for any cash or monetary equivalents.
- Contest not valid and void for States or Countries where participation is prohibited by law.
- The total combined value of all prizes for this contest, in any event, will not exceed $5.95 USD.
- Employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) of Sunleaf Studios, at any time during the applicable contesting period
and their immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant
others, partners and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to win the contest.
- We reserve the right to amend and/or modify these rules at any time without notice.
